  This was a fantastic place to stay, we live fairly local anyway,so we new the area. It was extra special being a 5 minute walk into wokingham town, great restaurants and shops. The cottage was brilliant, so clean and very comfortable. Would definitely book this one again.

  We stayed here for a month and all really enjoyed it. I particularly loved the outside space and spent many mornings sitting in the large garden, enjoying the north-facing morning sunlight. The house has clearly been recently refurbished to a very high standard, with a stylish and thoughtful design. There are a few areas that are obviously awaiting the next stage, such as the kitchen, although it is still perfectly nice and functional. We all felt very at home here, and my teenage children were especially delighted to each have their own large en-suite bathroom. The surrounding area is extremely nice. The houses along the road all sit on substantial plots and have different individual designs, making it a really attractive street and area. It is also within easy walking distance of Hampton Court station, with several lovely local shops nearby, including a small M&S Food at the service station. The garden is huge -plenty of space for outdoor sport. I felt quite sad to leave.

  The place is modern, well kept, clean, and generally ideal for those seeking a pied à terre in Richmond and access to central London by transport. Everything is available a short walk from the place. It was a little challenging finding it on account of the entrance being in a courtyard but otherwise, no issues.

  The flat is a great size for London and surrounds. The bathroom is also a great size. It has the home comforts to make a longer stay easy. Locating the flat was difficult. Access is via Towers Place (at number 16 Eton St) then walk behind the shops on Eton St. Once located getting in was no issue. Restaurants we enjoyed in the area: Gaucho, Peggy Jean at Riverside Green, Megan’s at the Old Town Hall ( wonderful Turkish breakfast).

  Our 14-night stay involved significant misrepresentation and operational issues. The original property was advertised as having a private back garden, which was essential for our dog. Upon arrival, no garden existed. The host acknowledged this in writing before modifying the public listing mid-stay to remove the amenity. We also experienced initial Wi-Fi and TV outages, which disrupted our ability to work. To resolve the situation, we agreed to move to another property managed by the same host. However, when we arrived, the second property had not been cleaned. We were forced to leave items behind and return to the original flat late at night, causing severe distress to our dog and disrupting another full workday until the property was finally cleaned the following day. While Airbnb Support eventually intervened to resolve the situation, the overall experience was deeply disruptive and poorly managed.

  Olimme kuuden hengen kaveriporukalla viikonloppureissulla Lontoossa, ja talo sopi meille erinomaisesti. Sijainti Teddingtonissa oli hyvä ja alue viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Kävelymatkan päässä oli hyviä ruokapaikkoja, ja julkisilla pääsi kätevästi sekä Lontoon keskustaan että Heathrow’lle. Talo oli hulppea ja tilava. Arvostimme erityisesti erillisiä makuuhuoneita ja riittävää määrää kylpyhuoneita. Myös piha ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö tekivät vaikutuksen. Harmillisesti poreallas ei ollut käytössä. Selkeä miinus oli sisäänkirjautuminen. Saapuessamme myöhään illalla avainlaatikko oli tyhjä, emmekä päässeet sisään noin kahteen tuntiin. Majoittajan ohjeista löytyneen puhelinnumeron kautta saimme lopulta apua. Tilanne aiheutti harmia ja epävarmuutta siitä, pääsemmekö taloon lainkaan. Hankalasta alusta huolimatta pidimme kokonaisuutena sekä talosta, sijainnista että kokemuksesta.

  Recently renovated everywhere to a very high level except for the kitchen area which was ok but the rest of the property was above expectation. Beautiful living and dining area with fireplace and high ceilings and windows and all bedrooms were large with plenty of bathrooms for everyone! All bedlinen and towels were good quality and rooms and living areas spotless. The only thing that let it down slightly was that the kitchen had been overlooked in cleaning which i believe was just an oversight and am sure would have been done if we had asked however since we were not there except for sleeping this did not bother us too much. Excellent place for a large group to stay extremely comfortably and very close to train station, Hampton court and the Thames.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at this house, which comfortably accommodated four adults and three children. The house was well-equipped with three full bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen with a dining area. There was also a lovely garden perfect for gatherings and alfresco dining. The location was excellent, with easy access to local shops, a church, the River Thames, and public transport. We were impressed with the responsiveness and promptness of Smart Renters in addressing all our questions and concerns during our stay.

  We stayed in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and had a really comfortable time overall. The layout was spacious and worked well for our group having two full bathrooms made mornings so much easier, and the kitchen looked well-equipped, though we didn't end up cooking during our stay. The living room was a nice spot to relax after a day out. The only downside was a few spiders showing up here and there during our stay. Nothing major, but worth mentioning in case that's a dealbreaker for anyone, but then again you are technically in a forest. Might be worth the host doing a quick pest check between guests. Aside from that, everything was clean, comfortable, and as described. Would consider staying again.

  We had a lovely 3 night break with 4 kids in the lodge. It's comfy, spacious, clean and actually perfect for a family to stay. It's in a cul de sac so there's a little bit more privacy compared to the other areas of the park. It actually turned out to be much more pleasant than expected. I would like to mention that there are great facilities on site: something we didn't know/ missed at the time of booking. There are an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, 2 playgrounds, a small pond where kiddos go to fish, a nature walk and lots of bunnies who come out at night. So definitely recommend. Communication was great, all very clear and super friendly. So I give it 5 stars.
