  I had a great stay here for reading fetsival. The location had easy access to the train ststaion which was a massive help . The hosue itself was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay and the area was quiet and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the door wouldn’t open when we arrived quite late but this was easily resolved by the out of hours team who called out a locksmith ASAP to us and allowed to get into the property. This was a great deal and stay and I recommend it .

  I have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one is the absolute best! Smarter Rent Limited were amazing, providing crystal-clear instructions both before and after the stay, which made everything seamless. The property is a lovely, modern home with convenient off-street parking right out front. Inside, the place is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a stylish, comfortable living and dining area. The house was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need, including a sleek, modern kitchen packed with all the essential appliances. What really stood out was the incredible level of comfort—the mattress, duvets, and pillows were simply amazing and made for a fantastic night's sleep. High-quality, plush towels were also laid out perfectly in the bright, immaculate bedroom. Private parking outside is a bonus. Every detail has been thought of to make this a true home away from home. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

  Hello, We, a family of 5 with 2 elders, stayed in Kew garden place for a week and the house was amazing. The checkin was easy through a lockbox. The house was 5 min walk to kew garden station and 8 min walk to bus stop for most travel. The house was clean and as depicted in photos. Kitchen had most utensils we needed. Linens and towel were clean and not having smell. Overall a pleasant and convinient stay. Thanks to the team. Cheers!

  The house had a stillness and a peace that is hard to find. Especially considering how close it is to the hub of the village. The decor made it feel like a well-loved home not an Airbnb. Having an early morning coffee in the peaceful garden was a highlight. The proximity to all the shops and restaurants was another major bonus for us, along with the Common being right on the doorstep. Adrian checked in us to make that all was ok during our stay which also made us feel very welcome. All in all, one of our best Airbnb stays to date.

  What a wonderful place in the middle of Teddington! Close to trains and buses to explore the city and walkable to get to local shops and pubs. We immediately fell in love with the place and made it our home while relocating. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, everything worked and it has high speed internet access. We definitely would recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks for a great time!

  The location is great, It's a very quiet area. it just takes a few minutes to downtown and to the country side. We had a lovely time during the stay. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. we had long walks with our dog in the parks around. we also found nice areas to run for our marathon training. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. we recommend the place to everyone.

  The property and location were top notch! It's a really lovely house that I think even the photos don't do justice, as the open plan kitchen / dining / living area is bigger and more open than the photos show. The patio and garden are very nicely done, too. The whole house was clean and tidy. However, the only thing that wasn't working was the Qettle - used for providing boiling water from the tap to make hot drinks - that didn't seem to be working, and there was no regular kettle, so we had to use the coffee machine to get hot water to make tea. When I messaged the management about the issue, I got a response "I think the easiest way would be to boil the water on the stove." which wasn't the response I hoped for. Later, someone else messaged back saying to ignore this "automated message". It never got fixed during our stay, so we used the coffee machine to get hot water. Hope they fix it. But, overall, a great place for a family getaway, hence 5 stars.

  We were only the second set of guests to stay at this brand-new place, and everything was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail is amazing — quality furniture throughout, wonderfully comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches everywhere. This is 5 star home! It's a beautiful Victorian townhouse with high ceilings, gorgeous original features, and light flooding into every room. Loads of space across the bedrooms and bathrooms; and the double reception was perfect for relaxing together in the evenings. The garden is a lovely bonus. Great location! Quick, friendly communication from the host and a handy welcome pack made check-in seamless. Everything you could want for a break — we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The team, in particular Reda, was very responsive and supportive for our requests and questions about the house and helped us with all little issues that we faced. The house is a short walk away from Richmond Park and Kingston town centre and was a perfect stay for our family with two teenagers. A thoroughly recommended place and location to stay for families.   Fabulous house, only. The only downside was it was on a bit of a busy road, so pulling into the property was sometimes a bit of a hassle as you had to wait on the road until the gates opened, which caused a bit of traffic chaos, and behind the property there was a trainline and the M3 motorway which was particularly noisy, the house itself though was beautiful so those couple of little bits didn't spoil it to much.

  This was a lovely house - very clean, well appointed. Great space for the whole family. Plenty of bathrooms. We did encounter issues with the location as there was construction opposite the house which we weren’t aware of that affected our stay. It was also very noisy being next to the main road as well as a short distance from the motorway and train tracks. However we were really impressed with the host/property management who handled any queries and issues promptly and professionally. The communication was excellent. Overall this house is great. The location wasn’t the best for us personally (though probably very convenient for others) but for those looking for a beautiful home and don’t mind a bit of traffic noise, this is a lovely place to stay.
