Management commission
Our management fee is a percentage of the rent or booking income we collect on your behalf. Your exact rate depends on the service level and is agreed in writing before you instruct us.

Within each service, where in the range your rate falls depends on: the number of properties you instruct us on; expected rent or booking income; property size, type and condition; and length of commitment.
