Great location in Kew, a couple of mins from the station and easy access to London. Place was spotless, it was really easy to access and had everything needed. The place was a great size for four people. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if staying in the area.

We were deeply disappointed with our stay, especially given how expensive the property was. When we arrived, the glass door to the garden was unlocked and broken. We immediately flagged this security risk to the host, who said they would find someone to look at it, but they never followed up or fixed it. We spent our entire trip sleeping and leaving our belongings in a flat that anyone could walk into. The property is also not suitable for young children. There were loose electrical boxes within reach and rubbish hidden in the garden plants, making it unsafe for our toddler. Additionally, the floors were so dirty that our socks and feet were dark brown within hours. Finally, the flat sits right next to a train track with loud trains passing every 5 minutes, making the garden unusable. Between the severe lack of security, cleanliness issues, and safety hazards, we cannot recommend this place.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb properties we have stayed in so far, and the property management team was very responsive. However, as soon as we arrived, we discovered that the main door leading to the garden was broken and reported the issue immediately. We stayed for five days, but unfortunately, the door was not repaired during our stay. As the weather was very hot, this made our time in the house rather uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent.

لقد استمتعنا بالمنزل كانه منزلنا حديقة رائعة منطقة هادئة وراقيه وجيران ودودين المضيف كان رائع اشكر الاخ رضا كان الجو حار قليلا طلبنا مراوح احضرها لنا في اليوم التالي تسجيل وصول سهل المنطقة جميلة المنزل جميل والحديقة رائعة بها وروود وجميلة المنزل كان نظيف مطابق للصور سنكرر الزيارة في المستقبل

The lack of communication was very annoying. Why give us a name and a tel. number to call when no one answers! The internet was so slow, the t.v. was unusable. could not stream. You must tell clients about NO parking.

This is a very nice place to stay in a great location. It is a quick walk to the train station and local shops and restaurants. The hosts provide great information and are very responsive. I can’t wait to go back!

Alex was responsive and helpful. The place was as described. If you don't mind being 30 minutes or more from the city, via train, it's a great spot. There are restaurants and shopping if you prefer to stay local and the people were friendly. Only recommendation is a step by step guide for using the thermostat. It took a few clicks to figure out how to increase the temperature. Also, there are heated floors in the space with the television is!

A beautiful stay in this warm and extremely comfortable well furnished and quality finished property. We would love to stay again in this excellent location so close to the tube line, Kew, Richmond and lots of shops. Thank you for a beautiful home from home
