Lovely place for big family or group. It was perfect for our two families to meet and stay for a few nights. Close to Thorpe amusement park and lots of pubs and stores short car ride away. Tons of space inside and big kitchen. Would totally recommend!

Fabulous house, only. The only downside was it was on a bit of a busy road, so pulling into the property was sometimes a bit of a hassle as you had to wait on the road until the gates opened, which caused a bit of traffic chaos, and behind the property there was a trainline and the M3 motorway which was particularly noisy, the house itself though was beautiful so those couple of little bits didn't spoil it to much.

Very large, beautiful house. Very nicely decorated. Very reasonably priced. It wasn't especially easy to find on Google maps but very impressive once we did. All clean, well thought through services with all the usual (towels, tea, coffee, shower gel, etc). All nice and high quality.

We absolutely love this house—it’s perfect for our family. We might be a little biased, having lived here from 2016 to 2019, but returning this year and being able to stay again through Airbnb felt like such a blessing. It has everything you need to settle straight into everyday life with ease. While the road and nearby train can be a bit noisy at times, you quickly get used to it. The house is well-equipped and makes for a truly comfortable and welcoming place to land.

From the beginning, there was clear, and quick communication. The house was pristine and really warm. We had a very relaxing time there. There isn't much to do in the area without driving a short while but we definitely recommend heading to Virginia Lake for a beautiful scenic walk. Our son uses a wheelchair and we found that entering and moving around inside the property was very easy, as every room was huge! The kitchen is massive and has everything you could need. Just take food. All in all, we had a great weekend stay here and can recommend it to families and groups of friends wanting to get away for a bit.
