We are delighted to present this wonderful, newly refurbished, fully furnished, 1 bedroom cottage situated in Wokingham. Situated on a quiet residential road, the property comprises an open plan living room/dining area a separate kitchen with integrated appliances, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooker with induction hobs. The bedroom is spacious and there is a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment also benefits from an allocated parking space outside the entrance.

The house was just perfect - quiet and super safe location and a few steps to town centre. Lovely bedding, towels and furnishings, super well equipped kitchen: Everything worked, everything was impeccably clean and as described.

This was a fantastic place to stay, we live fairly local anyway,so we new the area. It was extra special being a 5 minute walk into wokingham town, great restaurants and shops. The cottage was brilliant, so clean and very comfortable. Would definitely book this one again.

Comfortable little lodge & good location for our purposes. Very well appointed kitchen which is essential as we do cook most evening meals. Town is literally seconds away where you find everything, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

The location is great, It's a very quiet area. it just takes a few minutes to downtown and to the country side. We had a lovely time during the stay. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. we had long walks with our dog in the parks around. we also found nice areas to run for our marathon training. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. we recommend the place to everyone.

The home was perfect for us as close to the Wokingham Town Centre and railway station. Beautifully finished and furnished and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for spacious holiday accommodation.

As this place is managed by a company I had to do lots of extra work before check in which is not clear on the description. I had to sign an extra contract that didn’t work at first, share passports and more which made it a hassle to check in as one doesn’t normally have to do that with Airbnbs. Also check out time at 10 instead of 11 was inconvenient. Finding the place was also quite hard to start with as the address was not where the pin on the map of the airbnb listing is. Because of this I’m giving it a 4/5 instead of 5/5. The place itself is conveniently located in Wokingham central close to the station. Convenient to have a parking space and it’s dog friendly which is great. It was functional and convenient for a weeks stay.

Location, location, location, this place has it in spades. We loved our time in Foster Cottage, right smack in the middle of a lovely market town. The house is efficient, warm and easy to keep tidy. We stayed for almost 2 months, did Christmas, New Years, pub crawls and lots of shopping in the lively charity shops in town. We would rent again.
